JOB SUMMARY The Specialist – Contracts acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the Contract Management and Claim applications and solutions provided by t he Supply Chain Department. The Specialist is responsible for maintaining Sidra’s Insurance plans and business rules in these applications. The Specialist interacts with the business stakeholders in order and analyzes, communicates, and validates requirements for system changes. The Specialist – Contracts Management under the guidance of the Manager investigates business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
