What You'll Be Doing Lead the Crew Inspire, motivate and support our Hosts to deliver incredible customer experiences. Lead by example, getting involved on the floor and creating a positive, high-energy team environment. Coach and develop team members, helping them build confidence, skills and performance. Keep the team organised, engaged and ready to deliver an amazing shift. Create Unforgettable Experiences Make every guest feel welcome, safe and excited to be at BOUNCE. Help deliver awesome birthday parties, school visits, corporate events and group experiences. Take ownership of customer feedback and turn challenges into positive outcomes. Bring our Free Spirits Unleashed culture to life every single day. Keep Things Running Smoothly Support the day-to-day operations of the venue, from reception and caf to parties and activity areas. Coordinate team activities, breaks and guest flow to keep everything running efficiently. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, presentation and service. Support stock management, cash handling and operational procedures. Spot opportunities to improve the way we work and take action to make things better. Champion Safety Make safety a priority for our guests and team members. Ensure safety procedures, equipment checks and operational standards are consistently followed. Be proactive, alert and confident in addressing potential risks. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude, energy and leadership potential. You'll ideally have: Experience supervising or leading a team in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, retail or another customer-focused environment. A natural ability to motivate, coach and bring people together. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Confidence handling customer concerns and making decisions in a busy environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork and delivering exceptional service.
