Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and energetic Office Boy to maintain a clean and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day office tasks, ensure cleanliness, and support staff as needed to facilitate smooth office operations. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including floors, furniture, restrooms, and common areas. Support in arranging office supplies and stationery. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. Collect and distribute mail, couriers, and packages within the office. Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and report any issues. Perform errands outside the office, such as purchasing supplies or documents, when required. Support event setups and other ad-hoc office tasks. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred. Good communication skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work diligently and maintain confidentiality.
