The role You'll work directly with the Creative Director — no layers, no committees. You handle everything visual: social media graphics, brand identities, event materials, print, and anything else that needs to look like it was made with intention. If you also move things (motion graphics), even better. What you'll do Design social media content that stops the scroll — not just fills the grid Build brand identities and visual systems that actually hold together Create event materials, print assets, and digital collateral across projects Translate a creative brief into something that looks like it means something Bring ideas before you're asked — not just execute what you're handed What you know Adobe Creative Suite front to back — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at minimum After Effects is a strong advantage — if you can animate, use it Visual language of cars, hospitality, and events — you understand the aesthetic, not just the tools How design translates across formats: feed posts, stories, print, screens What you bring A portfolio that shows range — brand work, social content, real projects Clean file organization and ready-to-deliver exports Availability and responsiveness during working hours via WhatsApp A creative instinct that shows up before you're asked Experience We don't count years.
