Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to quality standards, while implementing continuous improvement strategies. Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability to achieve production targets. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels. Implement and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address production issues and minimize downtime. Prepare and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost control and financial accountability across all operations. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Drive employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career advancement within the factory. Utilize technology and automation to optimize production processes and stay competitive in the market. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a strong plus for effective project execution. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools to support decision-making processes. Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead through influence and motivation. Strong analytical skills combined with a results-oriented mindset for driving operational improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Physical ability to navigate a manufacturing environment, including lifting and moving materials as needed.
