Oversee the entire accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow. Manage and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. Analyze aging reports and identify potential collection risks, proactively addressing overdue accounts. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable management. Proven track rfinance,ecord of successfully reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improving collection rates. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
