We are looking for an Experienced Agent to support daily airport terminal operations and lead Customer Service Agents in delivering a professional, efficient, and positive passenger experience. The role is responsible for team supervision, passenger assistance, queue and passenger flow management, shift coordination, service quality monitoring, and handling passenger concerns and operational challenges . The successful candidate will work closely with airlines, ground handlers, airport operations, security, immigration, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth terminal operations. The ideal candidate will have previous airport, airline, ground handling, or customer service experience , with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential, along with the flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays .
