Prepare architectural drawings for Authority submissions and approvals , including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements . Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and update drawings. Revise drawings based on authority comments and support the resubmission and approval process . Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and submission documentation. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD ; Revit and SketchUp are an advantage. Good knowledge of authority submission requirements, building codes, and construction drawings . UAE authority submission experience is preferred.
