Position Title: Sales Coordinator (7 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 6,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: ? Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system ? Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery ? Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records ? Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation Qualifications: ? Filipino, Female, aged 35 years and below ? Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics& Supply Chain, Business Administration, E-commerce Administration, Accounting; or a related field. ? Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics ? Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage, with strong proficiency in Excel formulas required.
