Employee Engagement Specialist: Job Objective: To lead and develop employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, accelerate adaptation to the work environment, and promote organizational stability and engagement, by applying best practices and overseeing the implementation of approved policies and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities: •Lead the design and development of employee engagement strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals and directions. •Oversee the implementation of engagement programs and ensure their quality and effectiveness across departments. •Review and update employee engagement policies and procedures in line with best institutional practices.
