We're Hiring: Sales & Birthday Planner for 360 Play Location: Dubai and Bahrain Are you passionate about sales, event planning, and creating memorable celebrations ? We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Birthday Planner to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional birthday experiences while driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and record daily sales activities and customer interactions. Follow up on sales leads and update the CRM/system regularly. Schedule sales meetings, reminders, and customer follow-ups. Monitor sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Plan and coordinate birthday celebrations based on customer preferences and budgets. Recommend gift ideas, party themes, decorations, and celebration packages. Design birthday concepts for kids, teens, adults, and corporate events. Maintain recurring birthday reminders and monthly birthday lists for clients. Coordinate customer communications through email, SMS, and other channels. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and excellent customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in Sales and Birthday/Event Planning . Experience in birthday decoration, party themes, and celebration planning is essential. Experience in digital sales and online lead generation is highly preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management systems. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
