Conduct thorough risk assessments and underwriting of insurance applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Oversee the claims management process, ensuring efficient and fair settlements while maintaining customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree or master degree or a related field is required. Possession of relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) is highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the UAE insurance industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Preference is given to Emirati/UAE National candidates, reflecting the company's commitment to Emiratization.
