To manage and control the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring effective cost management, accurate valuations, proper contract administration, and timely completion of commercial activities from tender stage through final account and project close-out. THIS IS SHUTDOWN PROJECT FOR 3 MONTH WITH EXTENSION ONWARD SUBJECT TO PROGRESS SO APPLY ACCORDINGLY. Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. Masters Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, or related field is an advantage. Professional certification or membership in a recognized Quantity Surveying institution is preferred.
