Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with clients across the GCC. Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and support their business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships. Understand client needs and help them get the most value from our HRMS solutions.
