Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to high standards Dial in espresso and manage grind adjustments Perform latte art with consistency and precision Maintain coffee equipment and cleanliness standards Educate customers about coffee origins, brew methods, and flavor profiles Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation Minimum 2 3 years experience in specialty coffee Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and manual brew methods Ability to perform latte art Good communication skills in English Positive attitude and team spirit Flexibility to work shifts
