Car Rental Manager / Driver

About this opportunity

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Car Rental Agent / Driver to join our team in Dubai. This is a combined position involving customer service, vehicle delivery and collection, and daily car rental operations. Responsibilities Communicate with customers by phone and in person Prepare rental agreements and assist with vehicle handovers Deliver and collect rental cars across Dubai Explain rental conditions and vehicle features to customers Inspect vehicles before and after rentals Take photos and document vehicle condition Coordinate vehicle washing, servicing and maintenance Keep track of vehicle locations and availability Assist with parking, Salik, fines and other operational tasks Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers Keep company vehicles clean and ready for rental Assist with other day-to-day car rental operations when required What We Offer Full-time employment in Dubai Fixed salary Stable work in a growing car rental company Training provided Opportunity to grow within the company
