Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead the sales & service team and drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government sectors. Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies. Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts. Provide technical guidance on power solutions. Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities. Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, , or related field. 15+ years of experience in diesel generator / power generation sales. Proven experience in sales management and team leadership. Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems such as generator sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS, and power solutions. Saudi Arabia/GCC market experience preferred. Experience with Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, Caterpillar, or similar brands is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills. Saudi driving license preferred.
