Plant Maintenance Superintendent

Oversees the maintenance, mobilization, installation, and commissioning of ready-mix batch plants and industrial refrigeration units across multiple sites, leading site maintenance teams, ensuring asset reliability, and maintaining compliance with Cemex HSE standards for safe and efficient operations. Main responsibilities: Establish and optimize asset management and maintenance programs to minimize operational downtime. Define the scope of work for contractors and vendors, overseeing resource allocation, major overhauls, and plant shutdowns to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Languages: Proficient English (Arabic and Hindi will be an advantage) Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in heavy industrial maintenance (Ready-Mix or Cement), including supervisory or managerial roles.
