Mechanical Engineer – DX Villa Projects

Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical works for villa projects. Manage DX air-conditioning/HVAC installation works , including indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, drainage, ducting, and ventilation systems. Review HVAC/mechanical drawings and ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid site conflicts. Monitor subcontractors and technicians and ensure proper execution of work. Conduct inspections and ensure the quality of installation. Coordinate and support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DX HVAC systems. Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within the required schedule. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and HSE requirements. Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and technical matters.
