Process applications for new customers by ensuring that they are fully aware of the features, applicable fees, terms and conditions of the products and services they are applying for Process inbound sales lead calls with a high close rate Generate high volume of referrals and establish new customer accounts Consistently overachieve the agreed individual sales targets while complying with company policies and procedures. Provide best customer service with regards to card payment methods, redeeming of reward points, limit upgrade, and any dispute resolution. Process supplementary credit card applications through the request of the principal credit card holder. Build a pipeline for the customers as per the company standards and with the required channel sales activities including presentations and sales proposals and promotions.
