About this opportunity

Your tasks Providing independent support to our clients in all matters of corporate law and M&A. This includes processing legal questions and documents, as well as preparing legal opinions. Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and supporting the acquisition of new clients. Independent management of complex corporate law projects in cross-practice and interdisciplinary teams Supporting our clients through (out-of-)court disputes Your profile Successfully completed studies in law Several years of professional experience in corporate law and M&A (preferably in the UAE) Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written. Strong basic understanding of economics and sound experience in project management Systematic approach to challenging legal tasks and development of tailored solution strategies
