Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess potential challenges and recommend solutions to maintain project efficiency. Collaborate with architects and project managers to interpret design plans and ensure structural integrity throughout the construction process. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams, maintaining clear communication to optimize workflow and productivity. UAE Landscape exp with Driving License and car Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in civil construction, demonstrating practical skills and project management capabilities.
