About this opportunity

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end Business Transformation projects by preparing detailed project plans including risks & dependencies, track & update on timely basis including client activities, reviews & updates. Conduct business diagnostics through discussions, observations, records and transaction data through discussions, process walk throughs and data analytics. Identify process gaps, delays, control failures, duplicate work, efficiency bottle necks and visibility issues. Design efficient, scalable, yet practical to-be processes, controls. Identify areas of automation & AI implementation through standardization. Define roles & responsibilities, authority and control matrices, KPIs & review mechanisms. Support ERP/application implementation, validating & handholding. Structure data based on business requirements & process flows. Work with departmental users to ensure adoption, data discipline and process compliance. Build KPI & business dashboards through power bi or web-based apps to provide business insights & areas of opportunities for improvement.
