Oversee all lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, actively minimizing risks during every lift. Conduct pre-lift inspections of equipment and rigging to ensure they meet safety criteria, documenting findings and addressing any issues promptly. Plan lifting operations meticulously, including selecting appropriate equipment, rigging configurations, and personnel requirements tailored to each project. Direct and coordinate lifting teams, providing clear instructions and support to maintain high levels of efficiency and safety on-site. Education: A minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant vocational qualification or degree in engineering or a related field. Qualifications: Certification in lifting operations, such as a Lifting Supervisor or equivalent, is mandatory to demonstrate expertise and knowledge. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in lifting operations, lifting planning with a proven track record in supervising complex lifts in various environments.
