About this opportunity

Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP maintenance contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Manage subcontractor agreements, monitoring compliance with contract terms and ensuring timely payment for work completed. Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to assess project scope and make informed decisions on resource allocation. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with previous experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in MEP.
