The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers, providing expert advice, and facilitating property transactions to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. - Provide expert guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. - Assist clients in property viewings and negotiations to close deals effectively. - Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through trust and excellent communication. - Research and analyze property market trends to advise clients accurately. - Prepare and present property proposals and documentation. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and attract new clients. - Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices within the UAE. - Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role. - Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding communication and customer service skills. - Professional attitude with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. - Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
