• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. • Monitor daily performance, sales, and expenses across all locations. • Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently maintained. • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Staff Management & Development • Manage and supervise all staff members, including recruitment, interviews, and training of new employees. • Prepare work schedules, attendance, and leave plans to ensure adequate staffing levels. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff. • Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize employee productivity and retention. Maintenance, Equipment & Suppliers • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities across all branches. • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of necessary supplies and materials. Customer Experience • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly. • Continuously improve service quality based on customer feedback and industry best practices. • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty. Sales & Financial Performance • Monitor sales, expenses, and daily performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement ideas and plans to increase sales, reduce costs, and minimize waste. • Prepare and present clear monthly reports to the business owner, covering operational performance, sales, expenses, and recommendations. Expansion & Strategic Growth • Supervise the opening and operation of future branches, including site selection, setup, staffing, and launch. • Develop strategic plans for business expansion and growth. • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay competitive. • Strong experience in daily operations and managing multiple branches. • Experience in staff management, recruitment, and training. • Strong leadership, disciplined, and well-organized personality. • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently without constant supervision. • Experience in increasing sales and reducing costs and waste. • Strategic thinking for development and expansion. • Proficiency in preparing reports and using management systems. • Previous experience in car wash operations or multi-branch service businesses is preferred. • Fluency in English is preferred. • A valid driving license in Bahrain is preferred.
