Job Description: ? Oversee the day-to-day brand and retail operations, coordinating with stores, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, finance, merchandising, and other internal departments to ensure smooth business operations. ? Manage inventory and operational processes, including stock movement, replenishment, deliveries, transfers, product availability, supplier coordination, and store operational requirements. ? Monitor operational performance and prepare sales, inventory, and KPI reports, while ensuring compliance with company policies, proper documentation, and timely follow-up on invoices, payments, purchase orders, and other operational matters. ? Support new store openings, pop-ups, exhibitions, and business initiatives, identify operational issues, implement process improvements, and provide operational planning and support to management Position Title: Brand Operations Manager - Women's Wear Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 30,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Qualifications: ? Open to female candidates, Russian or Arabic nationalities, aged 45 or below, with 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, or business operations, preferably in women’s wear, fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail. ? Strong background in retail/store operations with excellent cross-functional coordination skills. ? Good knowledge of inventory management, logistics, supplier coordination, and day-to-day operational processes. ? Proficient in MS Office and Excel, with experience handling operational reports, sales data, and KPIs.
