Job Description: ? Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and coordination. ? Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day activities. ? Accompany and support the CEO during external meetings, business visits, and events as required. ? Handle communication and coordination with clients, partners, and other stakeholders professionally and confidentially Position Title: Secretary to CEO Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 7,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE-based FMCG distributor representing renowned international brands across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and HORECA channels, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and efficient supply chain solutions. Qualifications: ? Open to female candidates, 35 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus. ? Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Secretary position, preferably within similar industry ? Proficiency in an additional language such as Arabic, European, or Far Eastern languages (e.g., Thai, Chinese) is preferred.
