Asst. Development Manager

About this opportunity

Conduct regular site visits, inspections and quality checks. Monitor construction progress, quality, finishes and project milestones. Review drawings, specifications, materials, samples and technical submissions. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, suppliers and internal teams. Identify and drive resolution of defects, delays and quality issues. Manage snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning and close-out. Prepare/review project reports, schedules, budgets and presentations. Support development activities from planning and design through procurement, construction, handover and post-completion. Assist with feasibility studies and evaluation of new development opportunities. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively drive them to closure. A dependable, hands-on professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work confidently with consultants and contractors while supporting both technical and management requirements.
