Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery, ensuring all equipment is ready for efficient operation. Monitor production processes, identifying and reporting any deviations from established standards to maintain quality. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. Load and unload materials, managing inventory and supplies to keep the production line flowing smoothly. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operation. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Possess any relevant certifications related to safety or equipment operation.
