*About the Role* We are looking for an experienced *Quality Controller – Automotive* to ensure that vehicles meet the required quality, safety, and manufacturer standards before delivery. The role will be responsible for vehicle inspections, Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), road testing, defect identification, quality documentation, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure all quality issues are properly resolved. *Key Responsibilities:* *Inspection & Quality Control:* * Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and post-repair checks on vehicles. * Verify that all mechanical, electrical, and bodywork repairs meet BAIC’s standards. * Perform road tests when required to confirm the quality and safety of repairs. * Identify incomplete, incorrect, or substandard work and report it to the Workshop Supervisor. *Compliance & Standards:* * Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and warranty requirements. * Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BAIC quality standards and technical bulletins. *Documentation & Reporting:* * Complete quality control checklists and maintain inspection records. * Report recurring faults, workshop errors, or quality concerns to the Service Manager. * Provide feedback to technicians to improve repair accuracy and reduce rework. *Customer Satisfaction Support:* * Ensure vehicles are delivered in a safe, clean, and defect-free condition. * Support service advisors with technical explanations when required. * Enhance customer trust by ensuring consistent repair quality. *Workshop Support:* * Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and the workshop supervisor to resolve quality issues. * Recommend process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency. Assist in training technicians on quality-related issues when necessary. Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Experience: * Quality Controller: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * UAE Driving License (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
