Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring all items are logged accurately upon arrival. Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to maintain optimal levels and identify discrepancies promptly. Organize the warehouse in a systematic manner, utilizing space effectively while ensuring easy access to frequently used items. Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding stock availability. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or supply chain are a plus. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role, demonstrating proficiency in inventory control. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
