Account Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities Assist with recording daily financial transactions. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports. Help with data entry and document verification. Support audits and other finance-related activities. Perform administrative tasks related to the accounts department. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar is an advantage. Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
