*Job Summary:* A *Car Polisher & Detailer* is responsible for using various types of equipment and solutions according to the customer's specific instructions to clean customer cars, provide excellent customer services, and carry out all other daily duties that ensure the effective operation of a car polish facility. *Accountability Area:* * Check the body for any scratches and the interior for any damage. * Take a picture or show it to the QC or supervisor before starting the job. * Wash the car if needed before the polishing procedure. * Inspect the body and panel for any abnormalities in the paint. * Measure and mark equipment, objects, or parts to ensure polishing standards are met. * Move controls to adjust, start, or stop equipment during polishing processes. * Select abrasives and polishing cutting compound according to materials, * Repeat the procedure to the panels if needed to re-polish. * Record product and processing data on specified forms when needed. * Assist in minor repair and maintain equipment, objects, or parts, using hand tools. * Change polishing pads when needed. * Transfer equipment, objects, or parts to specified work areas, using moving devices. * After the polishing procedure is done, wash the car for finishing. * Clean and detail the engine if the car has a full polishing job. * Apply the anti-hologram compound as step two (2). * Proceed to step three (3): chemicals or compounds for finishing. * For the interior cleaning, a specified leather and fabric shampoo is needed. * From corner to corner need to double-check during the cleaning process. * Apply leather conditioner to the leather seats. * Double-check the job before handing it over to quality for inspection. * Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to plants and equipment. * Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others. * Wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary. * Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety. * Do not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety. * Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial. * Report all known or observed hazards to their Superior. * Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager. *Safety:* * Adhere to the company’s QHSE Management system procedures & Guidelines * Safely perform the work without causing any risk to health, safety, and the environment * Notify hazards and HSE-related incidents to the QHSE Officer to prevent recurrence *Education/ Qualification* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Driving license. *Work Experience* * Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in car polishing, especially premium/luxury car brands. * Experience in car polishing & interior detailing. *Knowledge* * Vehicle polishing knowledge * Polishing Tools knowledge. * Safety understanding. * Inventory management. *Skills* * Ability to display a courteous and professional attitude * Attention to detail. * Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction * Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends * Ability to work standing for long periods of time * Ability to lift items of moderate weight * Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions * Ability to work swiftly to deliver polished vehicles to customers in record time * Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers * Strong ability to handle the physical demands of the job * Experience driving vehicles of different types, including automatic and manual cars * Knowledge of cars and their parts, tools, and other necessary equipment * Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
