Product Technical and Business Development Manager Proprietary Products – GoTestPro, Nouraa.ai, CampusMind.ai Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reporting To Saudi Arabia Leadership and Global Product Leadership Experience 5+ years in Enterprise Technology Sales, Technical Presales, Product Management, or Business Development Languages Excellent English required; Arabic fluency strongly preferred Role Overview Royal Cyber is seeking a hands-on Product Technical and Business Development Manager to build the Saudi Arabian market for our proprietary products, including GoTestPro, Nouraa.ai, and CampusMind.ai. This is a combined technical, product, and sales role: the successful candidate must be able to identify prospects, run discovery meetings, demonstrate the products, build business cases, coordinate pilots, and progress opportunities through to commercial closure. This person will serve as the local business owner for these products in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities • Develop the Saudi go-to-market strategy for each assigned product. • Identify target industries, accounts, and decision-makers. • Generate leads through direct outreach, existing relationships, events, and partners. • Conduct customer discovery sessions and deliver initial product demonstrations. • Translate customer requirements into appropriate product use cases. • Develop proposals, pilot plans, pricing recommendations, and business cases. • Coordinate with global product, presales, and delivery teams. • Build relationships with Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, and other technology partners. • Manage opportunities in CRM from initial lead through closure. • Provide structured Saudi market feedback to the product teams. • Represent Royal Cyber at executive events, conferences, and customer meetings.
