We are Hiring Restaurant Manager – Premium Korean Restaurant in Dubai We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at an upscale Korean dining destination located within a premium hotel near Dubai Airport. If you have a strong background in high-end F&B operations, an appreciation for Asian/Korean dining culture, and a flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to connect with you! * What You Will Do: Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure impeccable service standards. Lead, train, and inspire a diverse multinational team. Manage operational efficiency, drive revenue, and oversee P&L. Build strong relationships with local VIPs and hotel guests. Act as a cultural bridge, delivering an authentic premium Korean dining experience. What We Are Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale/premium dining environment (UAE experience is essential). Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of premium beverage/wine pairings and Asian hospitality (Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus).
