* This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, building talent pipelines for critical and senior-level positions, and driving Emiratization and internal mobility initiatives. * Working closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders, you will contribute to talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, process improvements, and data-driven recruitment decisions. Description * Support strategic recruitment projects and senior-level hiring across the organisation. * Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce requirements. * Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment outcomes. * Contribute to employer branding initiatives, career events, and talent attraction campaigns. * Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to enhance hiring effectiveness, diversity, and Emiratization goals.
