Position Title: Admin Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 9,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A market leading Real Estate agency in Dubai. Job Description: ? Supporting operations by maintaining office procedures including handling tenancy contracts and administrative tasks. ? Producing Ejari certificates or any other related letters for all properties owned and/or managed by the company and handle all documents as per SOP, keeping informed the Group Legal & Compliance Manager. ? Preparing reports by reviewing and analyzing tenancy reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends based on data collected from tenancy contracts and any other custom reports as assigned by Management. ? Compiling detailed records of tenancy contracts using CRM system Qualifications: ? Open to Male Arabic nationalities, 48 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree in any field ? Minimum 3 years of proven experience as admin from Legal Firm / a Legal department of Real Estate Agencies ?
