SPIR Execution Coordinator

About this opportunity

Overall responsibility for Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation & Refractory (SPIR) works at site. Plan, coordinate and ensure timely or ahead-of-schedule execution of all SPIR activities. Monitor daily progress and take immediate recovery actions to address work delays or lag. Coordinate with QatarEnergy, contractors, supervisors and other disciplines for smooth execution. Ensure continuous availability of work fronts, manpower, materials, equipment and resources. Monitor site activities to ensure safe, efficient and continuous workflow. Resolve site issues and coordinate with concerned parties to avoid work stoppages and delays. Maintain regular progress monitoring and reporting against the approved schedule. Ensure compliance with project specifications, QatarEnergy requirements, HSE procedures and quality standards. Act as the first point of contact for all SPIR-related site matters and coordinate their timely resolution.
