Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to oversee the procurement of hardware items, building materials, construction items, hand tools, and power tools for our trading company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement process and experience working in the UAE region. Key Responsibilities: Manage the procurement process for hardware, building materials, construction items, hand tools, and power tools. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors in the UAE & Gulf region. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities. Prepare and present procurement reports and forecasts to senior management. Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or hardware industry. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English & Hindi. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software. Knowledge of the Gulf region's market dynamics and business practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid UAE Driving License. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
