About this opportunity

Outpatient Clinical Support Support Physicians and Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care. Monitor and record patient vital signs. Support patient assessments and clinical procedures. Assist in the management of patients with chronic conditions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Support infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality initiatives. Communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team. Dental Clinical Support Provide chairside assistance during dental consultations and procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment. Support Dentists during examinations and treatments. Assist patients before, during, and after dental procedures. Ensure compliance with dental infection control and sterilisation protocols. General Clinic Operations Assist with stock management and replenishment of clinical supplies. Support safe use and maintenance of clinical equipment. Attend mandatory clinical training and BLS updates. Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment. DHA Licensed or DHA Eligible Assistant Nurse. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Valid BLS certification. Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Nurse. Previous outpatient clinic experience. Previous dental clinic experience and chairside assistance experience is essential. Experience supporting healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary environment. Strong patient care and communication skills. Good computer and documentation skills. Fluent English communication skills. Professional, compassionate, and flexible approach. Highly Preferred Fluent in Tagalog or Nepali. Experience supporting: Dental Services Family Medicine General Practice Specialist Clinics Outpatient Services Experience with: Vital signs monitoring Venepuncture Blood glucose monitoring ECG support Clinical documentation Dental sterilisation and infection control
