Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex MEP system malfunctions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop effective installation and maintenance plans tailored to project specifications. Execute preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. Possess a relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering. Hold industry-recognized certifications such as HVAC Technician Certification or Electrical Safety Certification. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems installation and maintenance across various settings. Demonstrate familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to the region of work.
