About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities Drive overseas customer development and achieve sales targets. Independently manage the full‑cycle customer process including inquiry handling, quotation, sampling, contract execution and shipment delivery. Manage on‑site installation and project coordination for showrooms and bulk‑volume projects covering cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom products, wooden furnishings and wall panels. Oversee overseas project sites to ensure on‑time, quality‑compliant delivery. Liaise with domestic design, production and logistics teams as well as overseas installation teams. Resolve on‑site issues in a pragmatic manner to maintain high‑level customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, capture customer requirements and track industry trends in overseas markets, and feed insights back to headquarters to support product iteration. Job Requirements College diploma or above, major in Project Management or related disciplines. Minimum 1‑year working experience in real‑estate or custom‑furniture project management; prior experience in installation management for custom‑home projects is preferred. Fluent oral English with solid listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for independent business negotiations. Must be based and work on‑site in Dubai. Strong sense of responsibility, capability to respond flexibly to on‑site emergencies, and high stress tolerance.
