Job Description: We are looking for a qualified Site Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination, and ensuring quality execution as per project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Review drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and quality standards. Monitor progress, manpower, and materials to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Prepare daily and weekly site reports and assist in project documentation. Requirements: Interior design diploma or architecture diploma or Civil engineering degree. Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution methods. Ability to read drawings and manage multiple site activities. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and able to make revisions to fit-out drawings at the site office. Very strong communication in English and Hindi.
