Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements. - Meet and exceed customer service performance targets and KPIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Prior experience in a customer service role preferred but not mandatory. - Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer needs.
