Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. In this role, you will transform 2D CAD drawings, architectural plans, and conceptual sketches into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual assets. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life for presentations, marketing campaigns, and client approvals. Key Responsibilities • Modeling & Rendering: Create detailed, accurate 3D models, photorealistic still images, and 3D walkthroughs/animations based on architectural drawings, CAD files, and design briefs. • Texturing & Lighting: Apply realistic textures, materials, camera angles, and lighting setups to capture the exact mood, lighting conditions, and atmosphere required for each scene. • Post-Production: Perform image editing, compositing, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop or post-production tools to enhance raw renders. • Collaboration: Partner with lead architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to interpret design goals, integrate feedback, and refine iterations. • Project Management: Manage rendering workflows to deliver outputs on time without compromising visual quality. • Asset Maintenance: Maintain and update the studio’s 3D asset library (materials, vegetation, furniture models, HDRIs). • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging visualization software, real-time rendering tools (Unreal Engine, Enscape, Twinmotion), and AI rendering workflows. Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Experience: [2–5+] years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist, or Architectural Renderer. • Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio showcasing photorealistic interior/exterior renders and/or product animations.
