ERP Entry Operator

About this opportunity

Handle day-to-day ERP data entry and transactions for the Joinery division. Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, material requests, stock movements, production orders, and delivery details in the ERP system. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, hardware, finished goods, and production-related data . Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, Projects, and Accounts to ensure timely and accurate ERP entries. Monitor and update material receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory balances . Prepare ERP-based reports and assist with production and inventory tracking . Verify documents and ensure all entries are accurate and properly supported. Follow up on pending transactions and resolve data discrepancies with relevant departments. Maintain proper documentation and ensure ERP records are updated on time. ERP/data entry experience , preferably in a joinery company . Good understanding of ERP systems and inventory/production processes . Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle large volumes of data. Knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, BOMs, and inventory will be an added advantage. UAE experience is preferred.
