We are hiring an experienced Barista to join our team in Ghayathi, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in specialty coffee and be confident working independently in a busy café environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages consistently. • Perform espresso extraction and grinder calibration. • Steam and texture milk correctly and produce quality latte art. • Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards. • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment. • Handle POS transactions and customer orders. • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. • Monitor stock and assist with inventory control. • Provide professional customer service and support the team during busy periods. Requirements: • Previous Barista experience is required. • UAE café experience is preferred. • Strong espresso, milk steaming, and latte art skills. • Knowledge of specialty coffee and grinder calibration. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Must be willing to relocate and work in Ghayathi, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. • Candidates who can join soon will be given preference.
