About this opportunity

Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits of various document formats (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to identify WCAG compliance issues. Implement remediation strategies to ensure documents meet accessibility standards, including tagging, alt-text, and logical reading order. Collaborate with content creators and designers to integrate accessibility best practices from the initial document creation phase. Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams on document accessibility principles and tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience specifically in document accessibility or digital inclusion. Proven expertise in WCAG 1 AA/AAA guidelines and their practical application. Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, NVDA, JAWS, and WAVE.
